More Sharpe

It was actually Sharpe's Eagle, and it was pretty good. Sharpe did some crazy risks for which his girlfriend wasn't too happy, but they've only got each other to blame. The next one was Sharpe's Company when he learns he's a father. In Sharpe's Enemy, he finally gets to kill his enemy, but something pretty awful happens in his life as well. Poor Sharpe.

I finally watched 'Grave of the Fireflies,' and it was sad. Very sad. Only really recommended if you want to cry and be sad for a long time. Waiting for two more Sharpe DVD's.. or will it be something else? Stay tuned!

My Neighbour Totoro was adoringly cute. I really liked this one, and I'd even consider showing it to my kids.

Nausicaa Valley of the Wind was odd, but it was entertaining and based on an interesting idea.

I haven't watched Grave of the Fireflies because I'm waiting for the second disk of it, which hasn't yet been dispatched.

I'm starting the 'Sharpe' series. I began at the beginning with "Sharpe's Rifles." I liked it, and I'm looking forward to "Sharpe's Eagles" which just arrived.
